Chapters of Leadership: Settling Intro - pt.1

You are In a Story

Imagine with me you were the main character of a story and everyone you knew was reading it. Now imagine the story is centered around your journey as a leader – are you excited for them to read it? Are there chapters in the story you want redacted? What would you title it? What would those who have worked with you title it? Would you be excited to see your leadership story written, edited, published and brought to the public conscience? Who are the supporting characters in the story who help you reach your full potential? Do you know how you want the story to end?

Deeper Roots

  1. What question(s) are the hardest for you to process?

    • Do you know why they were challenging for you?

  2. When you thought about the chapters you would want redacted do you actually know why?

    • Are there specific people who would be denied access to those chapters?

    • Do you have anyone in your life who knows those chapters?

  3. When you think about putting a title to your story, what words would you use?

    • Would you be satisfied with simply putting something down on paper?

    • Do you know why you chose the words you did?

  4. Who were the people you immediately thought of who have played a significant role in your potential being realized?

    • Reach out to them right now and send them a quick text to let them know what they have meant to your story and be specific.
